Single and Three Phase V4 Borewell Submersible Pumpsets – Solai Pumps

  • The wet type submersible motor is a squirrel cage induction motor completely filled with a mixture of pure clean water mixed with anti-corrosive liquid for improved motor life.
  • The motor houses water lubricated journal and thrust bearings.
  • Low Carbon stampings used in motors.
  • As the motor is sealed, during operation, excessive pressure can build up inside the motor due to thermal expansion of water. Rubber diaphragm is provided to compensate.
  • Carbon thrust bearing – High graded carbon material with investment cast steel combination enables reliable operation.
  • Carbon journal bearing bushes for longer life of motor for single phase. High grade Gun Metal bushes and pads are used for Three phase.
  • All Motors are fitted with copper rotor.
  • Pump section will be multi-stage with NORYL impellers rotating inside NORYL diffuser housing.
  • A strainer is wrapped around the suction chamber, prevents debris from entering the pump
